Our experts intervene for our large accounts and innovative SMEs, particularly in the aeronautics, industry, services, finance and social protection sectors. Our offices are located in Aix-en-Provence (headquarters), Marseille, Paris, Massy, Lyon, Nantes, Italy and Canada.


You will be joining the Paris branch (rue de Mogador), which employs around twenty people (sales, recruitment, support functions). Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of our consultants' services (IT engineers) on customer sites, as well as invoicing. Your main responsibilities will include

  • Business creation in ERP according to established processes,
  • Checking the conformity of signed deals,
  • Gathering contractual information for sale and purchase,
  • Collection of customer purchase orders,
  • Collecting information from consultants on new business,
  • Participation in regular customer and major subcontractor meetings,
  • Collection of CRAs and monthly fees,
  • Drawing up and sending invoices in the formats requested by customers, with supporting documents,
  • Control of subcontractor invoices, validation and BAP of invoices,
  • Customer reminders.

Qualifications required


With a 2-year higher education qualification (BTS ADV, accounting or equivalent), you have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position (alternating periods taken into account where relevant), ideally acquired in an ESN, consulting or service sales company. You have a good command of MS Office tools and have already worked on an ERP (knowledge of VSA appreciated). You are able to quickly understand our processes and those of our customers.

Your good interpersonal skills enable you to interact with a wide range of internal and external contacts. You are organized and know how to plan your tasks and priorities.
