THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS

Reactis is looking for a Business Manager to join the Aix-en-Provence agency (Head Office). You will be responsible for assisting a Business Manager in his or her duties. Your main tasks will be :

• The follow-up of the collaborators and the piloting of the services at the customers,
• Participation in recruitment interviews (IT and aeronautics profiles) and process monitoring,
• The creation of competence files,
• Creating dashboards and updating data,
• The writing of commercial proposals,
• Participation in responses to calls for tender,
• The creation of prospect files,
• Telephone prospecting and mailing (about 20% of the work time)
• Participation in client meetings,
• The organization of events and afterworks for the consultants of the Business Unit,
• Various business support tasks.
