Background :

As part of the modernization of its information system, our partner has embarked on a 5-year project to rewrite the business applications developed in COBOL on an IBM Mainframe system over several decades. The rewriting project involves batch redevelopment of existing applications to meet specific business needs. The application base is based on an x86/Linux ecosystem running on VMware.

Missions :

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects on time and on budget
• Ensure the quality and relevance of deliverables and customer satisfaction
• Manage and coach the project team, plan and follow up on necessary training courses
• Managing project risks and changes
• Ensure regular and transparent communication with internal and external project stakeholders
• Identify and propose improvements to project management processes and tools
• Draft progress reports, performance indicators and gap analyses
