THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS

As part of the company's growth and in order to strengthen the HR/Payroll department, we are looking for a student preparing a professional degree in Payroll Management.

After a training period, you will be in charge of the payroll management of a perimeter of approximately 80 employees.

Payroll management includes:

• Updating of payroll preparation tables
• Tracking of absences
• Entry of variable elements on the payroll software (Nibelis)
• Processing of absences (declaration of sick leave, work accident, etc.)
• IJSS follow-up
• Control of salary slips
• Preparation and verification of account balances
• Participation in the verification and reporting of NSN
• Management of pension files
• Setting up output documents on Nibelis
• Preparation of files for possible URSSAF controls
