We are looking for a Business Engineer (sales and recruitment) in Nantes (south station) as part of a work-study program.

THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS

We are looking for a work-study student to help Aurore, Business Manager in charge of developing the Nantes branch.

Initially, you will be trained in the recruitment of IT engineer profiles to meet customer needs. You will master all the stages of a recruitment process: needs analysis, offer management, sourcing on job boards and social networks, assessment and interviews, salary negotiation, drafting of competency files, presentation of candidates and process monitoring, creation of pools...

Subsequently, your position will be more focused on business development and consultant management. You'll be in charge of opening new accounts and managing consultants: prospecting, discovery meetings and needs analysis, participating in tenders, presenting consultants, negotiating TJM, monitoring assignments, managing intercontracts, developing partnerships, leading the team...

At the end of your work-study program, if you accept it, you'll be offered a permanent contract as a Business Manager, and you'll be able to develop your own business!
