- Define the project vision and develop a roadmap, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create user stories and detailed specifications to guide development.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that functionality is delivered efficiently.
- Communicate transparently with all stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Measure project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification required.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in an Agile environment (2-3 years).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
- A degree in computer science, project management or a related field is a plus.
