Description

Reactis Group is looking for a functional project manager to support our clients in the region in the context of major projects for a salary starting at 40K€ + bonuses, benefits and partial telecommuting.

You will be in charge of managing the project in the technical aspect (MOE) and client (MOA).
On a daily basis, your main missions will be to:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and lead integration, acceptance and implementation operations for the changeovers on the different environments.
  • Coordinate with various internal contacts, for integrations, commissioning, incident handling and evolution requests.
  • Define, implement and administer procedures, services and tools within the framework of transverse production processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity).
  • Carry out, monitor and communicate the progress of operations (via a support such as a summary table).
  • Plan and prepare start-ups.
  • Manage and perform MOE authorization requests for the applications installed on the environments.
  • To carry out feedback following the work carried out.
  • Estimate the load of the switchover operations involving the team.
  • Identify improvements to be implemented for future operations.
  • Act as a backup to the Team Leader in case of absence.

 

Its deliverables:

  • Impact study document following a major delivery
  • Detailed planning of the integration work up to the production launch
  • Summary of the progress of operations to MOA, DSI-RC managers and management
  • Checklist
  • Reviews or feedback on business deadlines, changeover operations and other specific operations
  • Procedural document
  • CR meeting of operational management of the works
  • CR coordination meeting of external contributors to the team
  • Production or commissioning schedule

Qualifications required

Ideally, you have a degree in computer science or equivalent and at least 3 years experience as a project manager/consultant.

Soft skills:

  • Rigor: having a global vision of the project.
  • Good communication: be pedagogical and know how to explain expectations.
  • Adaptability: knowing how to adapt to each type of interlocutor.
  • Analytical and synthesis: ability to synthesize the reporting and to explain the problems encountered in a synthetic way, ability to make arbitration (by the client) and to make recommendations.
