As part of this project, the mission consists of acting as a "Functional Referent" for the acceptance pilot and acceptance engineers.
The activities identified are as follows:
Assist the pilot in the acceptance strategy phase with optimizing test plans and defining requirements in terms of data sets and acceptance environment.
Draw up acceptance scenarios in line with prioritized business requirements (business process-oriented vision, not application-oriented): based on documentation and exchange workshops to be planned if necessary.
Work in close collaboration with the other Recipe Functional Referents to ensure a good understanding of cross-functional impacts
Training receivers
Assist the acceptance pilot and acceptance staff in developing test case scheduling based on batch plans
Assist testers in preparing test case valuations (file preparation, data searches)
Assist testers in understanding and executing test scenarios
Take charge of running part of the test scenarios
Assist testers in drawing up fault reports, take charge of their follow-up and replay where necessary
Participate in drafting the recipe report
Contribute to management indicators under the responsibility of the recipe manager
Provide functional support to the acceptance pilot during the GPS acceptance phase.
Capitalize on functional area acceptance documentation
Qualifications required
PROFILE
Proven experience(s) in acceptance activities in complex organizational contexts (several groups, several platforms - environments...)
Mastery of supplementary pension and account management processes (contribution calls, collection, non-litigious collection management)
Proven experience in business risk management (management of business and application requirements and weighting of testing effort in relation to risk, etc.).
Mastery of acceptance methodologies and development of business scenarios
Ability to develop functional expertise in a new subject, and to ensure "end-to-end" mastery of it (i.e. by integrating the processes involved in the subject).
Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Proficiency in testing tools (Squash TM, JIRA, or others)
