Description

We are looking for an IT Sales Manager in Massy (91) to promote the group's digital factory and develop our 3 service centers within the framework of a permanent contract for a negotiable fixed salary around 45-55K€ + attractive variable, benefits and partial telecommuting.

THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS

As part of our growth and a new position, Reactis is looking for a Sales Manager in Massy-Palaiseau to promote the group's Digital Factory . You will have as main missions :

  • The commercial development of our pole of competences composed of approximately 70 consultants (3 service centers: Massy, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence) and Reactis offers (TMA, fixed price, ATG...),
  • Prospecting, identification of decision makers and detection of existing and potential customer needs,
  • Understanding the customer's issues and problems and proposing global solutions (software development and maintenance, infrastructure implementation and evolution, etc.),
  • Detecting and responding to RFIs in collaboration with the technical teams.
  • Project follow-up and management of your turnover.

The position requires short and occasional national travel.

Qualifications required

Ideally, you have a business or IT technical background and have similar experience in an ESN (project sales). You know how to manage a complex sales process. You master the pre-sales phases and the services (ATG, fixed price, TMA...). You are able to understand the client's ecosystem as well as its technical and business challenges. You are recognized for your relational ease, your determination and your proactivity.

CONTRACT AND BENEFITS
