Senior Business Manager / BUM - Paris

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager / BUM for a permanent contract in Paris Saint-Lazare + telecommuting (50%) for a negotiable fixed salary around 50-60K€ + variable de-capped in order to develop your BU (management of major accounts / takeover of an embedded consultants / management of a Business Manager team).

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager / Business Unit Manager to join our Paris office. You will be in charge of the development of your BU and the management of a team of consultants. You will quickly be asked to manage your team of Business Managers. The BM position has 3 main dimensions:

  • Business development: Define a business strategy. Detect the IT needs of customers through your prospecting activity. Develop and retain your customer portfolio. Respond to calls for tenders. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Manage the profitability of projects and monitor your turnover. Ensure the relationship with your partners and subcontractors.
  • Recruiting: Define the resources needed to ensure the successful completion of your clients' projects. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and qualify the best candidates. Negotiate contracts and compensation.
  • Management: Manage your team of consultants. Follow the integrations and ensure regular project reviews. Ensure HR and disciplinary follow-up. Lead and develop the loyalty of your team. Anticipate and manage inter-contracts. Accompany your consultants in their career development.
  • But also: Participate in the development of the Réactis offer through your initiatives and your strength of proposal.

Qualifications required

Ideally with a business or technical background, you must have solid experience in an ESN as a Business Manager / Business Engineer / BUM (technical assistance sales and consultant management). Your technical background in IT allows you to understand your clients' IT projects and consultants' profiles. You master the pre-sales phases and the services (contracting, fixed price, TMA...). You are autonomous, bold, proactive and caring!
