The Reactis group is looking for a level 1 / 2 oracle application support in Marseille for a European Leader in distribution / logistics for nearly 60 years in strong growth, for a fixed negotiable salary from 34K + bonuses, benefits and partial telecommuting.
Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, 2 years experience in Oracle application support with good level of English.
We are looking for 2 application support profiles:
Level 1 in order to carry out the resolution of breakdowns or incidents, and accompaniment of the users.
Level 2 : a technical support position to deal with the problems causing the incidents.
On a daily basis, your main tasks will include:
Technical environment: PL/SQL, SQL, ECS, Toad.
Ideally, you are a graduate of a computer science engineering school or equivalent and you have at least 2 years of successful experience in the same type of position with a good level of English.
You like to analyze and investigate to find the cause of technical or functional incidents encountered and thus help resolve them. You master SQL queries and logging tools. You understand the CRs of processing execution. You are rigorous and have a strong sense of user service and are recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills.
Contract
CDI status executive | Remuneration : from 34K annual depending on profile | Holiday bonus | Co-optation bonus | 11 RTT + 2 extra days of vacations per year without seniority condition | Ticket resto card at 9€/day | Transport expenses, family mutual insurance, providence, sport or cultural activity expenses | CSE.
Partial telecommuting (2 days per week)
