The Reactis Group is looking for a technical-functional support profile on a permanent contract in Aix-en-Provence, to work on an application development and corrective maintenance project. Salary from 32K negotiable according to profile + bonuses, benefits and partial teleworking.

You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, where you have been recognized for your rigor, communication and active listening skills.

THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS 

You will be part of a 13-strong team (DP, technical CP, cobol designer/developers, MOE functional analysts, functional qualifiers).

Technical and functional support aims to :

• Carry out technical optimization of inconsistent files using SQL scripts and mass recovery scenarios for data rectification.
• Analyze requests for bug fixes or functional upgrades.
• Communicate with a variety of internal and external contacts.
