We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment Officer for a permanent contract in Paris Saint Lazare + telecommuting for a negotiable fixed salary around 33-38K€ + variable salary (8-10K€ on average) and benefits.

THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS
To complete our Parisian agency, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Officer / Talent Acquisition Specialist IT in Paris St Lazare( partialtelecommuting 2-3 days/week). You will have for main missions :
You have a first experience in IT recruitment. You master the sourcing on job boards and social networks. You are aware that this is a strategic job and you want to defend it. You are creative, energetic, proactive, friendly and caring!
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Fixed salary around 33-38K€ negotiable according to experience + variable de-capped (individual bonus at each recruitment + annual bonus), 11 RTT/year, 2 extra days of holidays/year without seniority condition, meal ticket card at 9€/day, vacation bonus, mutual insurance, transport expenses, sport or cultural activity expenses, CSE...
Possible evolution towards a Business Manager position if you wish.
Partial telecommuting 2 days/week or more depending on degree of autonomy
