We are looking for a N2 Application Functional Support Project Manager for a 3-year assignment with a major public account (social protection) in Aix-en-Provence on a permanent contract for a negotiable salary of around €42-48K depending on experience + benefits and partial teleworking.

With an engineering degree or equivalent, at least 5 years' experience in an IT department in a functional support role, and initial experience in team management, you could thrive on this project, which is rich in business topics, contacts and public service issues.

THE POSITION AND THE MISSIONS

As part of a team of around ten people, your role will be twofold: to take part in the day-to-day functional support tasks for the production of a major business application , and to providedirect supervision for part of the team (5 people). On a day-to-day basis, your main tasks will be to

As a Support Engineer:

• Analyze and handle N2 functional and technical incidents: identify the root cause, propose workarounds where necessary, escalate and track the resolution of anomalies,
• Participate in change management (during production launches and BDD modifications) by carrying out acceptance tests,
• Collaborate with operations, software publishing, business support (MOA department), cross-functional technical experts, support for other applications in the customer's ecosystem...
• Occasional on-call duty (approximately 1 every 2 months from Friday evening to Saturday evening only).

As a Project Manager / Team Leader:

• Supervise a team of 5 people (ATG): lead daily scrimmages, individual follow-up, attendance and on-call schedules,
• Administrative follow-up: time sheet entry, satisfaction survey,
• Maintain steering indicators: monitor general and functional skills upgrades, track individual activities,
• Lead the team's continuous improvement process using the PDCA method,
• Assist in managing integration, acceptance and production operations for new versions of the application,
• Prepare and lead steering committees
