We're looking for a Si Technical Manager (M/F) to join our customer's IT department, to manage innovative, large-scale projects.
The main tasks include:
- Participate in the study and choice of technical solutions to be implemented
- Draw up the roadmap for all solutions (technical environments and tools) to be implemented, and ensure their deployment
- Lead the various project committees
- Produce activity reports
- Ensure the MCO of the scope entrusted to you
- Lead the technical team in its projects, ensuring that costs, deadlines and quality are respected.
- Manage a technical team of around ten people (recruitment, employee follow-up, etc.).
- Manage project budgets
With a higher education in IT, you have proven experience in a similar position.
Skills required
- Proven experience in technical project management
- Significant experience in team management
- Ability to summarize, rigor, organization
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of the technical environment described below: Linux, Middleware, JBOSS, Apache, JDK, Jira, PostgreSQL, Puppet, Ansible, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Shell, Python, etc.
